The END OF PACKAGING LINES applications belong to the upstream side of the production process, after finished products have been palletised.
This type of applications presents the largest gaps in flow rates. Indeed, the flows may range from a few pallets to several hundreds of pallets per hour.
That is why we have developed flexible, adaptive solutions mainly based on a wide range of AGVs:
- with forks or embedded powered conveyors
- to pick up one or several pallets at a time
- to pick up on the ground or on conveyor...
Description of flows
From palletisation, to stretch wrapping/pallet covering, storage, and to dispatching, the flows are generally the following:
- Finished products' unloading at the end of packaging lines
- Linking between palletisation and pallet stretch wrapping
- Stacks of pallets/inter-layer sheet supplying
- Upstream and downstream transfers from warehouse
In Europe, BA Systèmes is recognized as a leader in bottle filling for its END OF LINES solutions that are worked out according to the numerous flow rate constraints.

Our latest achievements for Les Eaux Minérales de Saint Alban and Danone Eaux France–Evian factory, have allowed BA Systèmes to reinforce its leadership in the bottling field of activity and for that type of application.
