Giving satisfaction to all our customers with AGV systems' operating.

For systems in operation, our dedicated Customer Service team provides advice, customer care and utmost services including:

  • Continuing initial performances: availability, operating costs control, obsolescence management.
  • Functional developments: lay-out evolutions, flow optimization.

 

Our team

 

  • A Customer Service Manager who regularly meets our customers to rate their degree of satisfaction, respond to their needs and advise them on installation evolutions.

  • An After-Sales Service Manager who is in charge of the hot line, technical follow-up and organization of our on-site technical support in the scope of preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • A team of After-Sales Service itinerant technicians who are in charge of AGV preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • A team of Computer Specialists who provide assistance via our hot line and have responsibility for maintenance, developments and management of system evolutions.

  • A Spare Parts Sale and Repair Manager who makes quotations, manages supply and service part inventory on customer premises.

 

Locations

 

We are also present in Denmark and Spain with our trading partners.
