Spare parts and repair
Our equipment — made up of 80% of standard parts — allows us to hold large stocks of spare parts.
So as to minimise installation maintenance costs, we repair electronic parts (cards, regulators, drive control systems...).
In close contact with our engineering and design department, substitute parts are proposed to replace obsolescent-to-be parts.
Training
After analysing customers' needs, customized training programs are proposed to increase knowledge in servicing and operating our systems.
Trainings can take place on sites in operation or on our premises in Brittany.
Evolutions and durability of equipment and systems
Operating rules are changing: our team integrates lay-out evolutions, adapts control system to new management rules, analyses and develops possible flow optimizations.
For installations of over 10 years, we analyse alternative solutions with customers, which allows keeping system performances while controlling operating costs.
To do so, we study with customers whether retrofitting existing AGVs, progressively integrating new generation AGVs or changing operating systems is the most judicious solution.

Today, 80% of our customers trust us to produce 
customized contracts adapted to their resources and operation constraints:
- Preventive maintenance contract: hot line package, preventive maintenance
- "Full" maintenance contract: hot line package, preventive and corrective maintenance, wear and spare parts supply
- I.T. maintenance contract: remote and preventive maintenance package
