Once you have passed the recruitment phase, a personalized integration process and a careful follow up of career advancement help promote the development of our collaborators. New entrants (+ 30 per year) are very pleased with the quality of the reception and the friendly relations between colleagues.
In parallel, we are implementing in 2016, programs dedicated to young graduates which focus on the development of various skills, both on a technical and a human level. Those programs are designed to help them acquire a global vision of the company’s functioning and facilitate their access to project and/or team management positions.
