Once you have passed the recruitment phase, a personalized integration process and a careful follow up of career advancement help promote the development of our collaborators. Equal pay index for women and men
According to the French Law for the Freedom to Choose a Professional Future of 05 September 2018, BA Systèmes publishes its 2021 equal pay index for women and men with a very good result of 87/100.
The index, based on 100 points, is measured according to 4 indicators:
- The gender pay gap,
- The distribution gap of the individual salary increases,
- The number of employees increased when they return from maternity leave,
- Parity among the 10 highest salaries.
